Diane Mouratoglou

Diane Mouratoglou has been a lawyer since 1995 and a partner of BCTG Avocats since 2004.

She is involved in private business law, mainly real estate and litigation matters, in the field of industrial and energy projects. She has a strong experience in litigation and dispute resolution within the specific context of industrial and renewable energy issues and currently follows more than 100 pre-litigation processes (mediation, legal expertise in respect of industrial or construction damages) or proceedings before civil courts (including alleged neighborhood disturbances claims, landowners or farmers claims) as well as specific courts (CoRDIS).

Diane has developed a transversal competence in industrial and renewable energy projects, which enables her to understand the technical and operational issues of her clients, with a pragmatic approach.
