Eleanor Nordholm focuses her practice at Wyche on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Wyche, Eleanor served as in-house counsel for a private college preparatory school in Brooklyn, New York, where she advised on a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters. She began her career serving as Assistant District Attorney for the Bronx County District Attorney Office in New York where she oversaw financial and fraud investigations for the Investigations Division.
Eleanor is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law and Wesleyan University. She was a member of the Virginia Criminal Law Journal while in law school. As an advocate for international human rights issues, Eleanor currently serves on the board of Justice In Motion, an organization focused on migrant rights to ensure justice crosses borders.
