Elisabetta Cassanetti

Elisabetta, who is Of Counsel to the firm, has been exclusively specialized in providing counsel on Italian Employment and Labor Law – in and out of court – since the beginning of her legal career over 20 years ago.

Her practice focuses on providing counsel on both national and international businesses and senior managers on a wide range of workplace matters – such as employee contracts, agency relationships, transfers of business, reorganizations and restructurings, non-compete clauses, Italian trade union negotiations and so much more!

CAREER

Elisabetta commenced her legal career in 2001 at the firm of Abbatescianni in Milan, Italy. Later in 2006 she became a founding member of a new employment law boutique start-up called LABLAW. This firm would quickly go on to become known as one of the top Employment and Labor Law firms in Italy. She became a Partner of LABLAW in 2009.

Today Elisabetta joins colleagues that she has worked with for over 2 decades at Failla&Partners, which was founded in 2022, providing Italian employment and labor law counsel to a wide range of national and international clients – in the good times and the bad.
