Elizabeth Ann "Beth" McLeod

Beth has been with Fulcher Hagler since graduating from law school in 1994. She has many years of experience in both Georgia and South Carolina and has handled high exposure cases in difficult venues. Her primary litigation practice areas are medical malpractice defense and railroad defense, although she has represented clients in a wide variety of areas. She also enjoys an active employment law practice, which includes drafting employee handbooks, providing general employment law advice, handling EEOC charges, and litigating ADA, ADEA, Title VII, and FLSA claims.

Beth attended Mercer University School of Law where she was a member of Law Review and Moot Court. After graduating cum laude, she returned to her hometown to practice law. She and her husband, Jimmy, live in Evans and have three children.

Over the years, Beth has been involved in many community activities. Most recently, she has served as a board member for the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and Georgia Rehabilitation Institute. She is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Columbia County and a 2015 graduate of Leadership Augusta. In 2018, she was named Columbia County Chamber Business Woman of the Year.
