Eric Singer concentrates his practice in construction law, representing design professionals, contractors, owners, developers, lenders, title insurers and other parties in all aspects of design and construction, including negotiation and drafting agreements for a variety of services and delivery systems; perfection, enforcement and defense of mechanics liens and bond claims; construction insurance counseling; copyrights for architectural works; mediation, arbitration, litigation and other dispute resolution; and risk management and general counseling to those involved in real estate, design and construction. Eric's practice also includes general commercial and complex business litigation matters as well as litigation of real estate disputes, including litigation of boundaries and easements, foreclosures of commercial mortgages and other liens, injunctions, actions to quiet title, and realization of a variety of collateral in commercial loans.
