Erik is a Partner at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers LLP. His practice is devoted to personal injury and class action litigation including long-term care home negligence, motor vehicle accidents, accident benefits claims, occupier's liability, and long-term disability cases. Erik is known as a fierce advocate with excellent communication skills.
Erik has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the License and Appeals Tribunal. He is currently helping lead a class action lawsuit against the for-profit Long-Term Care Home giant, Chartwell, for their alleged gross negligence during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Erik attended Queen's Hall Law School, where he completed his legal studies and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2012. Erik is an avid volunteer with the Brain Injury Society of Toronto and Lawyers Feed the Hungry. Erik was recognized as a "One to Watch" Lawyer by Best Lawyers® in 2022, and 2023.
