Fernando de la Mata has extensive experience in judicial proceedings in civil and commercial matters, including proceedings related to corporate, banking, fundamental rights, obligations and contracts arising from M&A transactions and joint ventures, and civil liability. Likewise, he has worked as an arbitrator and counsel in various arbitration proceedings.

Career

Fernando de la Mata joined Pérez-Llorca in 2022 as a partner in the Litigation and Arbitration practice. Prior to this, Fernando worked in leading Spanish and international law firms.
