François Beauchamp is a renowned litigator who has been representing Québec’s biggest building and bond companies for decades. He wields his wealth of expertise in bonds, construction claims and civil liability to defend his clients’ interests before all courts, whether judicial or arbitral. François Beauchamp co-leads the firm’s Construction Law team and is a long-standing member of the board of directors.
