As a certified specialist in procurement law for many years, I focus on advising public clients and bidders on all issues relating to European and national public procurement law.

I focus on the conception, organisation and implementation of the awarding of construction and planning services to (public) clients and, in particular, provide comprehensive and legally secure support for subsidy projects. Furthermore, I represent (public) clients who are exposed to claims for repayment of subsidies in administrative law and administrative court proceedings.

In addition, I also advise my clients on specific questions of public procurement law if they arise urgently and specifically in an ongoing procurement procedure.

I also provide legal and strategic support to bidders throughout the entire procurement process and in the submission and enforcement of bids with good chances.

I represent contracting authorities and bidders in review proceedings before the public procurement chamber and the public procurement senates as well as before the ordinary courts in damages proceedings with a public procurement law background.

For many years, I have also focussed on supporting our clients in litigation and advisory mandates relating to private construction law. I am therefore available quickly and without an interface if legal advice on construction or planning law is required after the conclusion of a public procurement procedure.
