Biography

Geoff Treece focuses his practice on representing financial institutions in bankruptcy, insolvency, and loan enforcement matters. He also has extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation on behalf of lenders and business clients. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Treece advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters.

Mr. Treece is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® for Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law, earning the distinction of Little Rock Lawyer of the Year in 2020, and for Litigation – Bankruptcy, for which he was also named Little Rock Lawyer of the Year in 2017 and 2025.
