George R. Reinhardt III

George R. Reinhardt, III is a Partner in the firm’s Healthcare Practice, where he provides general legal advice to health systems, physician practices, mental health providers, and other healthcare related entities on a variety of matters, including corporate transactions, regulatory and legislative issues, medical staff issues, physician contracting, patient privacy and contract negotiation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reinhardt was Vice President at Sherman & Company in Charlotte, NC, a middle market investment banking firm, where he led the health care division and provided corporate transactions advice to a variety of healthcare and insurance clients. Prior to Sherman & Company, Mr. Reinhardt practiced law for several years at the firm of Reinhardt, Whitley, Summerlin, & Pittman, P.C., focusing his practice primarily on the representation of health systems and other health care providers.
