Gerhard Manz

Gerhard Manz is a lawyer and partner at Friedrich Graf von Westphalen & Partner. His main focus lies on M&A and company law, especially with respect to formations, reorganizations, shareholder disputes and business succession, as well as corporate financing, international commercial law and compliance. Gerhard is a member of the board of the German Lawyers_ Association’s committee on Corporate and Commercial Law. He is also chairman of the Carl-Schurz-Haus (German-American Institut Freiburg) and member of the board of the high tech initiative bwcon (Baden Württemberg: Connected). Gerhard is the author and/or editor of numerous legal publications and speaks German, English and French.
