Gregg Loubier is a partner in the firm’s Finance group in the Los Angeles office. Gregg concentrates on real estate finance transactions nationwide, including portfolio and securitized commercial mortgage finance, construction finance, bridge lending, mezzanine lending and loan servicing, as well as the workout and resolution of distressed debt and exercise of creditor remedies. Gregg also focuses on the acquisition, financing, leasing, management and disposition of real estate assets.
Gregg is a frequent lecturer and author on diverse legal topics. He is recognized by the Southern California Super Lawyers and by The Best Lawyers in America in Real Estate Law. He is a Fellow in and California State Chair of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys and member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers.
Gregg graduated from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, with a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy. He received his law degree from the University of California, Davis.
