Hillary Campbell

Hillary Campbell represents clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including product liability litigation, trucking negligence, contract disputes, business torts, and general commercial litigation. She has handled a variety of cases in both federal and state courts, working to achieve favorable results on behalf of her clients. A significant portion of her practice is devoted to representing manufacturers in products liability litigation. Hillary has represented manufacturers of products ranging from tires to medical devices to consumer products. Her business litigation practice is just as varied, and she has represented clients in a number of industries. She has experience in all stages of litigation, including managing discovery, drafting dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and participating in trying cases to verdict.

Hillary is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. While at law school, she served as an articles editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and served as a pupil in the Joseph Henry Lumpkin American Inn of Court. Hillary received her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
