Practice Areas

EU Law/Competition. Inmaculada is part of the EU and Competition practice area. She advises national and international clients on matters related to the defence of competition such as the analysis of distribution agreements, related contracts, and merger control. She is an expert in defending clients in sanctioning proceedings before the competition authorities and before the jurisdiction of the administrative courts. She participates in pre-litigation and litigation matters involving damage claims arising from competition law infringements. She has also given advice on different matters related to personal data protection.

Career

Inmaculada Vigón joined Pérez-Llorca in 2014 after undertaking work experience at the firm during her studies.
