Jim Kay is a native Nashvillian known for handling high profile cases in both litigation and mediation. Mr. Kay has vast experience in the courtroom as he has tried over 80 jury cases and hundreds of non-jury cases. He is the most sought after mediator in the state, having completed over 3200 mediations and presided over nearly 300 arbitrations.
