Jason represents individual, corporate and municipal clients in a wide range of litigation matters including complex commercial disputes, business litigation, construction disputes, real property and title disputes, tax appeals, and municipal enforcement proceedings. He also regularly advises municipal and private clients with respect to local property tax and exemption issues and advises municipalities on a variety of local governmental matters. Additionally, he serves as an Attorney Trial Referee, a fact finder, and an arbitrator for the Judicial District of Danbury.

Jason currently serves as a member and Chairman Pro Tempore of the Southbury Board of Selectmen. He is also a member of his town's Local Emergency Planning Committee, and is the Board of Selectmen’s liaison to the town’s Emergency Medical Services Committee and Library Board of Trustees.
