Jean-Philippe Côté

Jean-Philippe Côté is a partner within the Corporate/Commercial law group in Montreal. As part of his practice, Jean-Philippe advises and represents clients in various aspects of corporate law, such as compliance, financing and mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to his corporate practice, Jean-Philippe specializes in tax law, more specifically in the area of corporate restructuring and tax planning, with a particular expertise in flow-through share financings.

His analytical mind combined with his determination gives him the skills needed to implement innovative strategies to allow clients’ business objectives to develop and grow.
