His experience representing oil and gas producers proves extremely valuable to clients in any industry dealing with agency oversight and civil disputes. He has played a prominent role in precedent-setting cases for the oil and gas industry, such as serving as lead trial counsel in a lawsuit against the California Division of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) that challenged the agency’s regulation of hydraulic fracturing and sought an injunction to halt all hydraulic fracturing in California.
