Jeffrey J. Corradino is a principal in the Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, office of Jackson Lewis P.C. He has counseled clients in virtually every area of labor and employment law for over 20 years.
Jeff has extensive experience representing employers in public and private sector employment related litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, representation cases, arbitrations and National Labor Relations Board matters. Jeff is a frequent speaker on human resource and legal topics, including Wage and Hour; Collective Bargaining; Maintaining Union-free Status through Positive Employee Relations; State and Federal EEO Law; Sexual Harassment; Coping with the FLSA, FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act, Drug and Alcohol Testing.
Jeff focuses his daily practice in traditional labor law. In that role, he has acted as the chief spokesperson in hundreds of collective bargaining relationships. He has advised employers on the workplace issues raised by numerous complex business mergers, sales, closings, relocations, and maintaining union free status. He is an experienced practitioner before the National Labor Relations Board. Jeff also has developed a specialty in handling the complex issues that arise when classifying workers as independent contractors under federal and numerous state laws.
Jeff’s daily practice also includes counseling legal and human resource personnel on virtually every employment related issue including managing employee performance, wage payment, and managing employees that cannot work.
