Jens Nehm

In his capacity as certified construction law and architects' law attorney, Jens Nehm provides advice to and represents architects, engineers and/or their offices and firms, their insurance providers as well as building contractors. His activity covers all questions of private construction law, architects' law and the law governing contracts for work and services (e.g. VOB / German Construction Tendering and Contract Regulations) with all supplementary laws and technical standards, as well as questions relating to construction regulations of the federal lands and their auxiliary subjects.

Moreover, Jens Nehm provides advice to and represents his clients in respect of questions relating to condominium law as well as purchase contract law.

In the field of public procurement law, he is particularly engaged in the procurement of construction services.
