Jesse Bair is a partner at Burns Bair LLP and represents a wide range of companies across multiple industries, as well as their directors and officers, in their most significant insurance disputes.
Before founding Burns Bair LLP, Mr. Bair handled cases at all stages of litigation in an insurance recovery practice at one of the nation’s largest law firms. From pre-suit mediation, through trial, and on appeal, Mr. Bair successfully litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the country. In that time, he recovered hundreds of millions of dollars in insurance proceeds for his clients.
Mr. Bair has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he earned his own law degree, graduating first in his class. He was also elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a Managing Editor on the Wisconsin Law Review. Mr. Bair graduated summa cum laude from St. Norbert College.
