JORDAN A. DULCIE has successfully secured over $50 million in settlements and trial verdicts for his clients throughout his career. Most recently, in 2024, he obtained a $5.1 million medical malpractice verdict. Mr. Dulcie began his legal career defending hospitals and medical providers before transitioning to represent victims of medical negligence. His practice areas encompass not only medical malpractice but also automotive accidents, product liability, and nursing home and assisted living cases. From 2019 to 2021, he was recognized by Palm Beach Illustrated magazine as a top lawyer in medical malpractice, and he has been listed as a "Rising Star" by Florida Super Lawyers Magazine from 2021 to 2025. Additionally, Mr. Dulcie was listed in Best Lawyers in America's Ones to Watch from 2023 to 2025.

A native of Palm Beach Gardens, Mr. Dulcie graduated with honors from the International Baccalaureate program at Suncoast High School. During his high school years, he excelled in baseball and football, received the Gold Congressional Award for Youth from the U.S. Congress, and attained the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He attended Florida State University as a Bright Futures scholar, where he actively participated in campus service and leadership as a Service Scholar. He walked on as a wide receiver for the Florida State Seminoles football team, earning a championship ring in the 2010 Bowl Game and an ACC All-Academic Award. Mr. Dulcie graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Criminology in 2012.

Mr. Dulcie pursued his law degree at Nova Southeastern University, graduating with a Juris Doctor in 2015. During law school, he served as the Associate Executive Editor of the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law and interned with Searcy Denney. He also gained experience at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida, working on a variety of federal civil cases.

Mr. Dulcie is admitted to practice in all Florida state jurisdictions, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He is an active member of The Florida Bar, Palm Beach County Bar Association, Broward County Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Florida Justice Association. Furthermore, he serves on the board of directors for the Medical Rights Association.

As an attorney with Searcy Denney, Mr. Dulcie is dedicated to civic responsibility and leadership. He vigorously represents victims of catastrophic personal injuries resulting from medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, and premises, professional, and product liability.
