Jörn Manhart

Jörn Manhart is Partner at DLA Piper's Dusseldorf office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. His area of activity comprises in particular the advising of national and international clients with regard to the structuring, the reorganisation and the modification of occupational pension schemes and systems. In this context Jörn Manhart assists both employers and product providers with labour and insurance supervisory law-related issues concerning the occupational pension scheme, always also with regard to tax, balance sheet and economic implications. Furthermore, Jörn Manhart Mandanten represents clients in court proceedings relating to occupational pension schemes. Besides occupational pension schemes and apart from general labour law expertise, Jörn Manhart also is a proven expert for works constitutional correlations, for instance, in the negotiation of company regulations on implementation and use of IT systems. In addition, Jörn Manhart is frequently involved in M&A transactions, advising in this context on all labour law matters and occupational pension law aspects.
