Jory Garibaldi

Jory Garibaldi is an Associate in the Plaintiff Personal Injury Lawyers practice group. Jory’s litigation practice includes supporting clients who have suffered injuries and loss as a result of car accidents, medical malpractice, slip and falls, and denied benefits by insurance companies. Jory understands the physical, emotional and financial challenges that her clients and their loved ones experience, as well as the frustration, loss of independence, and loss of dignity that can follow an impairment. She works with diligence and compassion to help clients obtain the compensation they deserve.

Personal Injury: Dedicated legal support for anyone who has suffered harm as a result of car accidents, slip and falls, assaults, recreational injuries, and other forms of negligence. Jory appears at all levels of court.

Medical Malpractice: Our team specializes in numerous areas, including birth trauma, surgical error, misdiagnosis, late diagnosis, hospital negligence, nursing errors, surgical negligence, and nursing home negligence.

Disability Claims: Represents clients who have been denied disability benefits, including long-term disability benefits, and Canada Pension Plan Disability benefits. Jory appeals denials through the insurer’s internal appeal process, launches legal actions, and appeals denials to the Social Security Tribunal.
