Joseph Saccomano is the Managing Shareholder of the White Plains, New York and Albany, New York offices of Jackson Lewis P.C. He served on the firm's Management Committee and served as the Metro Coordinator of the firm's Metro New York Regional offices.
He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany (magna cum laude, 1985). He received a Juris Doctor from the Pace University School of Law (magna cum laude, 1988) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Pace University Lubin School of Business in 1988. Mr. Saccomano was the Senior Articles Editor of the Pace Law School Law Review.
Mr. Saccomano is a member of the Bar of the State of Connecticut and the Bar of the State of New York. He is admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the U.S. District Court, Districts of Connecticut, and the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of New York.
Since joining the firm in 1988, Mr. Saccomano has litigated cases before state and federal courts, various civil rights agencies, and the National Labor Relations Board. He currently manages the litigation group in the Firm’s White Plains, New York office. He has represented public and private employers in employment discrimination matters. He recently represented a public employer in a reverse discrimination case filed under Title VII. His trial experience includes matters brought under state law, federal law, and the United States Constitution.
