Biography

Juan E. Díaz joined Eversheds Sutherland in 2011 as a Partner in the Banking and Corporate Area. He is specialized in the advice and execution of M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, as well as in the sale and purchase of companies. He has participated and led important national and international transactions.

He has extensive experience in corporate, finance law and M&A. He also has extensive experience in pre-insolvency and insolvency situations of companies and groups of companies.

He is a member of the Madrid Bar and of the International Association of Insurance Law.
