Lawyer specialized in Negotiation and international contracting, and in Labor Law and Social Security, with a master's degree in the same area and experience in business consulting on labor issues of individual and collective law and comprehensive social security; management of company-union relations, individual labor relations, collective bargaining, arbitration tribunals, retirement plans, labor audits and attention of processes before the Ordinary Labor Jurisdiction, Administrative litigation; UGPP, Ministry of Labor and in comprehensive advice to companies in preventive consulting, for more than 25 years.

Juanita has been a manager of the company with extensive knowledge in labor matters with a strategic sense of business knowledge, her clients identify her as an agile, dynamic and practical person in her advice and great knowledge, she has led projects in large companies in the country such as ExxonMobil de Colombia S.A, Siemens S.A.S, Siemens healthcare S.A.S, Neck, Samsung Electronics, Schlumberger Surenco; Primax S.A, for over 18 years, among others.

Professor at Universidad Sergio Arboleda in the chairs of individual labor law, for more than 15 years, currently Professor in the Specialization of labor law and social security in the chairs of labor outsourcing and different contractual modalities of the same university, in cities such as Bogota, Santa Marta and Barranquilla. Currently arbitrator appointed within the list of arbitrators of the Ministry of Labor since 2014 to date, extensive experience in collective bargaining of large companies in the country as well as arbitrator in arbitration tribunals.
