Specialist in consumer law and DGCCRF/DDPP investigations, but also in food law.
Trained in European law and competition law, she developed an expertise in consumer law (cases of misleading commercial practices, comparative advertising, sales promotion, price reduction announcements, product conformity and safety). She assists companies from the moment a product is put on the market to the DDPP inspections and their criminal or administrative consequences, but also in commercial litigation (particularly in cases of unfair competition).
She has also developed a real expertise in food law, to the point of becoming one of the leading French experts in this field. In addition to the DGCCRF/DDPP litigation she is used to, she deals on a daily basis with issues of product labelling and advertising, misleading commercial practices, fraud, or even issues related to food safety.
She is regularly involved in the management of health and food crisis (withdrawal and recall actions, dealing with the DDPP, etc.), but also in “novel food” files with the European Commission to allow the marketing of new foods (fortunately not only insects).
Logically, she contributes to the consumer law chapters of the “Lamy Droit Economique”, teaches consumer law and dawn raids at the University of Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, as well as food litigation at the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, in partnership with AgroParisTech.
