Karine Fournier

Since the beginning of her career, Karine Fournier has exclusively focused her practice on labour, employment, and human rights. In addition to frequently appearing before the different courts, Karine also plays a key advisory role particularly during certification applications and collective bargaining negotiations.

Recognized for her practical approach and strategic advice, Karine is called upon to represent employers in the areas of disciplinary management, grievance arbitration, accreditation, collective bargaining, labour standards, labour contracts, termination of employment, and human rights.

Karine shares her experience acquired during the numerous investigations in which she has participated by delivering seminars on subjects such as managing disciplinary and administrative measures, preventing and managing corporate fraud, using social media in the workplace, and psychological harassment investigations.
