Keaton H. Osborne

Keaton Osborne’s practice focuses on commercial finance and intellectual property. In his commercial finance practice, Keaton assist lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial lending transactions, such as acquisition financings, asset-based loans, and real estate development and construction loans. In the last 12 months, he has closed over $1 billion in commercial finance transactions.

Keaton also counsels clients on trademark clearance, registration and enforcement in a variety of industries. In addition to trademarks, he assists clients with intellectual property transactions, such as licensing agreements and intellectual property matters in connection with mergers and acquisitions.

Keaton graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kentucky College of Law, where he served as an editor of the Kentucky Law Journal and received the CALI Award for Excellence in Antitrust, Bankruptcy, Business Associations, Intellectual Property, Professional Responsibility, and Property. Prior to law school, Keaton worked as an engineer for a U.S. Department of Energy contractor providing environmental remediation services in his hometown of Paducah, Kentucky.
