Kelley is an experienced litigator dedicated to providing personalized service and finding solutions for her clients. Her practice covers guardianship and power of attorney litigation, health and mental health law, and estates and trusts. As well, she is a strong advocate for disability rights and social justice, representing elders, persons under disability, and their supportive family members.
Kelley regularly appears as counsel at all levels of Ontario courts and before numerous administrative tribunals. She is an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where she co-instructs (with Lonny Rosen) the Health Law course, and (with Mercedes Perez) a course on Law and Psychiatry. She has presented on various mental capacity law and administrative law topics at Law Society of Ontario conferences, and provides education seminars to organizations.
