Kelly C. Hartmann

Kelly Hartmann looks for innovative ways to resolve his client’s issues, focusing on serving his clients’ needs without compromising their expectations. This includes balancing aggressive litigation with cost-effective resolution, with an eye toward achieving the client’s business objectives.

Kelly regularly represents energy and construction firms, as well as their underwriters and other insurance companies. He also has extensive experience in complex litigation including death cases, multi-party personal injury claims, lawsuits arising from drilling operations, cases arising under the Jones Act and general maritime law, health care, and trucking liability matters.

In addition to litigating and trying cases, Kelly also drafts, reviews, and renders legal opinions on contracts and other commercial documents, including master service agreements, general and subcontractor agreements, business startup, and employer dispute resolution programs within the health care and energy industries.

In his free time, Kelly plays golf, snowboards, competes in triathlons, and spends time with his family.
