Salzstein has extensive knowledge and experience in successfully negotiating and litigating a range of Family Law issues including, both contested and uncontested divorces, spousal maintenance (formerly alimony), dissipation, parenting time, child support, property distribution, order modification, orders of protection, and allocation of parental responsibility.
Kevin attended Indiana University – Bloomington where he majored in Psychology and double-minored in Business and Criminal Justice. Kevin was named to the Dean’s list and was inducted into the Alpha Phi Sigma honors society. From there, Kevin went on to earn his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law. While in Law School, Kevin founded a talent management business representing world-wide musical artists, was a member of the traveling Club Tennis Team, and was uniquely recognized and selected by the law school faculty to teach a mock trial course to less fortunate, inner-city high school students.
Kevin applies the knowledge and negotiation skills he learned through running his own business in the highly competitive entertainment industry to advocate and fight for his clients in the field of Family Law.
Kevin is passionate about his clients’ needs, working diligently to develop an in-depth understanding of their issues, concerns, expectations, and outcomes. He works tirelessly to earn their trust and find a proactive approach to the legal issues that best represent his clients’ goals and interests. Delivering both short and long-term success for his clients, even in the face of the most challenging cases, is one of the most rewarding aspects of his career.
