Kristina Allen Reliford

Kristina Allen Reliford is a results-oriented litigator who has broad litigation experience representing domestic and international corporations in state and federal court. Her litigation practice extends to a diverse array of practice areas, including complex contract disputes, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, and securities and government investigation matters.

Kristina’s experience includes serving as lead associate on a trial team representing an Indian consulting firm in federal court litigation alleging trade secret misappropriation, including taking and defending depositions, preparing trial witnesses, drafting motions in limine and arguing pre-trial motions. She also represented a global health information technology corporation in federal court litigation alleging trade secret misappropriation and false advertising, as well as successfully negotiated a patent invalidity declaratory judgment matters in federal court.

In addition, Kristina has handled internal investigations, mortgage and foreclosure litigations, and labor and employment disputes.
