Leta Rae

Leta Rae is a member at Chamberlain Sanchez Immigration Law PLLC in Bellingham, WA and Seattle, WA. Ms. Rae represents individuals seeking protection under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), asylum, waivers of inadmissibility, litigation before the Immigration Courts as well as appellate work before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Rae is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and a regular participant in pro bono clinics and outreach efforts in her community. Ms. Rae's immigration practice is complemented by her experience in international law. She has previously worked on cases at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San Jose, Costa Rica, studied international law in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France.
