Lindsay Clark

Lindsay advises growing technology companies on a full range of corporate and commercial matters, including strategic and practical day-to-day advice on commercial and licensing matters involving vendors and customers, corporate structuring and planning, and equity compensation matters. Lindsay also helps long-term clients prepare for and complete significant corporate transactions, including venture financing and M&A transactions.

Lindsay enjoys working with management teams at client companies over the long term, and building teams with her Fasken colleagues to efficiently deliver the varying types of legal support needed by clients as they grow.
