Luis Puglianini

Specialized in Arbitration, Administrative Law, State Contracting, Private Initiatives, Concessions, Public-Private Partnerships and Civil Property Law.

His work has been recognized in: Leaders League ranking from 2019 to 2021 in the categories of Arbitration and Dispute resolution in construction.

With experience in advising on international arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce – ICC, ad hoc UNCITRAL, among others. He has also provided legal advice and defense in national arbitrations in matters of public procurement, expropriations, property civil law issues, etc. Advisor in the execution of construction contracts (public and private), as well as advice on the presentation of reports and/or claims to adjudicators.

Education
Lawyer from the Faculty of Law of the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru – PUCP.
Studies completed with a Master's Degree in Regulation of Public Services and Infrastructure Management at the University of the Pacific (Lima) and a Master's Degree in Infrastructure Management at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, Barcelona.
He has taken courses in the Summer Program at Washington College of Law, American University.

Teaching activity
I have taught at the main law schools in the country on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms (in particular: arbitration), contracts: general part, obligations and public procurement. I have also been a speaker at different academic events.
I am the author of the book: “THE PARTIES-ARBITRATORS RELATIONSHIP” – Volume 19 of the Arbitration Library of the Mario Castillo Freyre Law Firm. Peru: Palestra Editoriales SAC Lima, 2012 and with various articles and publications.
