Marie-Amélie Eudeline has been a lawyer since 2008 and has a solid experience in business law in the field of health and innovation.
She obtained Master's degrees in Business Law in 2005 and in Public Health Law in 2007, then qualified to the French Bar in 2008.
She started her career in the legal department of Novartis Pharma (Rueil-Malmaison), then joined the Life Sciences & Litigation department of the law firm Simmons & Simmons (Paris) in 2008.
In 2014, Marie-Amélie founded MAE Avocats in Lyon.
In parallel to her functions, Marie-Amélie has been appointed since 2015, as member and vice-president of a French Ethics Committee (CPP) in charge of assessing applications for clinical trials.
She was also appointed member of the French National Commission for Clinical trials (CNRIPH) by the French Ministry of Health in 2020.
Marie-Amélie is an associate member of the France Biotech since 2017.
She is a lecturer in the Master II Business Law applied to the Health World (Saint Etienne Law School) and the Master in Management of Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Technologies (IAE Lyon).
