Mike Parisi leads private credit and bank lenders through cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, including sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. Clients value Mike’s ability to navigate intricate finance transactions and his recognition of commercial dynamics.
Mike is chair of Alston & Bird’s Corporate Debt Finance Team. He leads private credit lenders, bank lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in structuring, negotiating, and documenting a variety of asset-based and cash-flow lending transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. Mike has extensive experience in acquisition financing, cross-border financing, unitranche financings, intercreditor and interlender issues, debt restructurings, and secured creditor and bankruptcy rights. His experience extends across a wide range of industries, including software, technology, health care, restaurants and other franchised business models, marine services, retail and consumer products, metals and mining, and manufacturing.
