In addition, Mike assists lenders in pre-foreclosure workouts, foreclosures, loan modifications and servicing REO property needs. Mike represents owners of single assets to national REIT’s and assists them in their acquisition/disposition and leasing needs across the country as well as assisting these clients with purchase money debt needs. Over the past several years, Mike has been involved in numerous commercial property acquisitions ranging from several hundred thousand dollars to several hundred million dollars, providing due diligence, title, loan and closing assistance and has counseled clients on several multi-state acquisition project.

Mike is a frequent contributor to BOMA’s newsletter and The Colorado Real Estate Journal. Additionally, he has presented seminars for BOMA, IREM, attorneys and his clients on a range of current real estate and leasing issues, legislation and trends.
By maintaining a litigation practice, Mike is able to always keep in mind the effects of document drafting while continuing to appreciate the cost effectiveness of litigation and the desire for early understanding and evaluation of cases. Trying cases allows a unique perspective that benefits his transactions as well as litigation clients.
