Michelle Greene is an associate at The Lanier Law Firm. She represents clients in a variety of civil litigation matters, including toxic torts and products liability. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, Ms. Greene worked passionately in representing individuals, communities, and municipalities across the country injured as a result of exposure to toxic chemicals. She also represented individuals injured by Aqueous Film-Form Foam (AFFF) and Per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contamination in the multi-district litigation.
Ms. Greene lives in Manhattan and is an active volunteer for local animal shelters and wildlife conservation programs. As an outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, visiting national parks, traveling, and playing sports.
She is a graduate of Pace University School of Law, a program that is ranked as number one in the country for environmental law according to U.S. News & World Report. There, she represented the Department of Environmental Protection at the Office of Administrative Trials & Hearings on asbestos issues and served as a legal intern at the United Nations where she was part of the negotiation process for various treaties. Michelle also served as the Senior Associate of Pace Environmental Law Review and was President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.
