PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

I worked as a lawyer at "Garrigues Abogados" in the Litigation and Arbitration Law Department (1994-2004).

Later on, in 2004 I founded the law firm that operates under the name "MURO ABOGADOS" (2004), constituted as a legal boutique with a high degree of specialization and personalized and direct treatment with the client.

As a result of my extensive professional experience I have acquired a specialization in the handling and resolution of complex and atypical legal matters, which require a high degree of experience, research and quality of legal advice in the areas of specialization indicated; which has led me to have a permanent proactive attitude in the search for innovative and creative solutions in the approach and solution of the matters entrusted to me, as well as a personal and professional requirement to maintain a continuous legal training and research. It is also worth mentioning the personalized treatment and direct relationship with the clients, involving them in the matters from their initiation to their complete resolution, as well as the high percentage of matters with satisfactory results for the client.

TEACHING ACTIVITY

I have taught as a lecturer in the Master of Real Estate Law of the Barcelona Bar Association (2017-2020).

I am currently teaching in the Civil and Commercial Litigation Module of the MUA of the Universitat Internacional de Catalunya since 2018.
