Nicolás Yuraszeck

Nicolás specializes in new technologies, intellectual property, and telecommunications law, with particular expertise in public policies and government relations.

Before joining Magliona Abogados in 2014, Nicolás worked with Edwards y Cia. from 2011 to 2012. He also served as an attorney advisor at the National Council for Culture and the Arts, Government of Chile from 2012 to 2014.

He holds a Diploma in Intellectual Property at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master’s Degree in Technology and Law, Universidad de Chile.
