As a Washington DC personal injury attorney, Patrick M. Regan focuses on handling some of the most complex personal injury cases, such as those involving catastrophic injuries, product liability, and medical malpractice. Called a “personal injury lawyer who could be a poster boy for legal ethics and integrity” by Washingtonian Magazine, he is board certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Throughout his extensive legal career, he has recovered verdicts and settlements valued at more than $1 million. He truly cares about assisting innocent individuals who have been injured by negligence.

With more than three decades of civil trial experience, Attorney Patrick Regan’s work has resulted in precedent-setting appellate decisions, including the establishment of dram shop liability in restaurants regarding serving alcohol to minors. He is a member of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is licensed to practice in DC, Virginia, and Maryland. In his free time, he donates his resources and time to various charitable organizations in the community.
