Paul C. Wilson is Chair of the firm’s Energy group. His practice focuses on energy, infrastructure, and natural resources, with an emphasis on environmental and Aboriginal matters. Paul drafts and negotiates project contracts, concession agreements, and environmental assessments. He also assists with project development and financing. Paul is recognized for exceptional expertise in facilitating joint ventures, exploration, and accommodation agreements. Having contributed to the successful completion of numerous business arrangements with First Nations and Aboriginal groups, Paul provides expert advice on financings affected by Aboriginal interests and on off-reserve development projects.
