Paul Trimmer practices in all areas of labor and employment law including federal and state court employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, unfair labor practice charges and related matters before the National Labor Relations Board. Mr. Trimmer has also advised and represented clients in matters before federal and state courts and administrative agencies involving wage and hour matters, employee benefits, and labor and employment law issues relating to covenants not to compete, sales, mergers, acquisitions, shutdowns, and bankruptcies.
Mr. Trimmer served a one-year term as a law clerk to the Honorable Suzanne B. Conlon of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2003- 2004. He was named to The Best Lawyers in America© and recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2014.
