A native Arkansan, Mr. Elmore graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law where he served as a Note & Comment Editor for the Arkansas Law Review. Mr. Elmore graduated summa cum laude from Arkansas Tech University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.

Mr. Elmore was licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2015. In 2018, he attended the ABOTA National Trial College held on the campus of Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Mr. Elmore currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board for the College of Arts and Humanities at Arkansas Tech University.
