Rechtsanwalt (Attorney at Law), Defense Lawyer and Founder of Rübenstahl Rechtsanwälte in Frankfurt, Germany. Studied Law in Mainz and Rome (Italy), doctorate from the University in Freiburg i.Br. He advises and represents companies and individuals in the areas of white collar crimes, criminal law, criminal tax law and tax compliance for over fifteen years. He is also a lecturer at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg i.Br., Co-Editor of the journal „wistra“, advisor of the leading Italian criminal-law journal „Diritto penale contemporaneo (DPC)“ and author of numerous publications in the fields of white collar crimes and criminal tax law and popular speaker on white collar crime issues.
