Ralph Obser

Ralph Obser is a founding partner of BIRKENMAIER & OBSER Rechtsanwälte, a boutique law firm in Munich (Germany). He specializes in corporate law, commercial law and tax law with a focus on project work such as M&A, PE and VC transactions, reorganizations and business successions. Ralph provides advice not only in domestic but also in cross-border scenarios.

Ralph advises businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients with regard to their economic and legal decisions. If necessary Ralph enforces the client's rights out-of-court, in court and/or before the authorities, especially with regard to corporate and M&A litigation.

Ralph was admitted to the German Bar (Rechtsanwalt) in 2000 and studied at the universities of Konstanz (Germany), Grenoble (France), Heidelberg (Germany), London (United Kingdom) and Freiburg (Germany). He is also a specialist commercial and corporate lawyer (Fachanwalt für Handels- und Gesellschaftsrecht), a specialist tax lawyer (Fachanwalt für Steuerrecht) and a certified tax consultant (Steuerberater).
